Why Silk?

In her search to create the ultimate luxury sleep experience for her clients, Sophie & her team began to look at a number of natural fabrics. Silk – the most smooth, natural & luxurious of fabrics – stood out.

To their delight they found that silk not only looks good, but offers a good night’s rest with benefits.

The Santorini Influence

Inspiration for the base colours in the lux pillowcase range come from the natural colour palette of the island. We find incredible black volcanic stones during most of our renovation projects of traditional Cycladic homes, hence the colour Volcano.

The colour Chalk was derived from the sugar-cubed white washed villages clinging to the cliffs edge. And we tried to capture that illusive beach sunset with the colour Sand.
